# Add a bank account

Add a bank account so your team can use its payment details on invoices.

> **Before you start:** Have the account holder name, country, bank, and account number ready. The fields change to match the selected country.

### Add the account

1. Open **Settings**.
2. Under **Business**, select **Bank Accounts**.
3. Select **Add account**.
4. Enter the **Account holder name**.
5. Choose the **Country**.
6. Choose the **Bank**.
7. Enter the **Account number**. For a Nigerian account, the field asks for a 10-digit number.
8. If this should be the main account Bundus uses by default, select **Set as primary**.
9. Select **Save account**.

### Check the result

The account appears under **Saved bank accounts**. Bundus shows its account holder, bank, account number, and country. A primary account has a **Primary** label.

The account does not have to be primary to appear on invoices. Use **Show as a payment option on invoices** to control invoice display separately.
